On 1 May 2012 the EPA Decision-making Committee decided that it would allow Johnson & Johnson NZ Ltd the ability to submit further information in relation to the proposed nanomaterial labelling requirement, but that the information must be received by the EPA no later than 11 May 2012.
Hearing participants will be given an opportunity to provide comments on that further submission and other information relating to labelling requirements that has been provided to the EPA Decision-making Committee by the EPA Project team.
Any further information submitted to the EPA Decision-making Committee must be sent by email to aimee.saunders@epa.govt.nz within the relevant timeframes indicated in the Procedure for Futher Information and Submissions document.
